This time of year can be so crazy in terms of what to wear. For example, two days ago it was 61 degrees; yesterday a nice and temperate 50 degrees; and today – holy cow! It’s 23 degrees, with a windchill in the single digits. It’s all about layering and wearing unbulky sweaters and cardigans that don’t read “winter” yet still keep you warm.
Enter LABEL+thread and their lightweight spring cashmere. LABEL+thread is a brand I work for — and wear — all the time. It’s a luxury knitwear brand owned by two ladies who design well-constructed sweaters, knit tops, cardigans and now bottoms (!) that full of details that are too numerous to count! I’ve written about them many times like here and here and here and here, and wear their clothes almost every day.
I’m usually a neutral girl, but to kick of the soon-to-be-here spring season, I opted for a one of their lightweight spring cashmere cardigan, with happy stripes and shawl collar paired with my one of their layering tanks which you should all have in multiple colors in your closet.
I love skinny jeans, especially in a dark color and especially if there’s a bit of stretch to them. I wear these a ton and they are from the Kardashian Kollection from Sears.
My go-to warm fashion boots are from UGG Australia, although it doesn’t look like they sell them anymore, but they’ve got some great new fashion boot styles.
