Last week, I attended a Travel Trends event hosted by the most gracious hostess, Nicole Feliciano of Momtrends. The event took place at The Butterfly Studios in the fashionable Flatiron District of New York City. The event showed us how to make traveling easy, fashionable and more fun, especially with a family.
Easy Hair Style for Traveling
We were treated to getting our hair styled by one of The Butterfly Studio’s hair stylists and Kattia, The Butterfly Studio’s owner demonstrated an easy way to keep your hair looking stylish, but still up and out of your face (moms – we are guilty of putting our hair up in a ponytail!).
Kattia demonstrated a three-braid hair style. First, add texture with a texturizing spray or dry shampoo. Next, section off three areas of your hair: one low ponytail and two other sections near your crown. Take the ponytail and make it into a braid; wrap that braid into a bun. Make two smaller braids with the other two sections near your crown. Wrap those braids around the larger braid and secure with bobby pins and hair ties.

Miraclesuit is a bathing suit company that has been around for 25 years. I had written about Miraclesuit before. It is a bathing suit that is made from patented materials that promises that it will make you look 10 lbs. lighter in 10 seconds. Lucky attendees at the event took home a suit.
