For the past several years, when I research our yearly family vacations, there is always one resort that I always research and always want to try: Beaches resorts.
Why? Because I know Beaches Resorts are family friendly, all-inclusive and have a ton of kids activities. I know that for some the term “all-inclusive” is a big deterrent for some travelers, but I actually love going on vacation and not having to think how, where and how much my next meal will cost. Especially with kids.
So, how come we’ve never gone to a Beaches resort? Simply put, it’s expensive – at least for us. However, when I spoke to the Beaches spokesperson at the Trumpeting Media Rest and Relaxation Suite #TMRR, I was excited to learn more about the resort and what makes it so special.
1. There’s something to do for our young Tween. Since we have two girls who are at very different age groups (a Young Tween and a 5-year old) I was concerned about how an all-inclusive resort could make them both happy. For O, our 9-year old, Beaches has a Tween Program that includes an XBox 360 Game Garage, their own water park, Scratch DJ Academy (you can learn how a DJ!), a scuba program, and their own water park!
2. There’s something to do for our Kindergartener. For S, our 5-year old, Beaches Resorts has a Kids Camp (with 5 different age groups) for kids up to age 12, their own water park, Sesame Street characters, Kids scuba program, an XBox 360 Game Garage.
3. There’s something to do for me and Michael. Alone. While the kids are in camp, we can enjoy unlimited water sports, land sports, premium drinks and for additional fees, relax at The Red Lane Spa
4. Beaches resorts can be expensive, but from w hat I’ve learned and heard about, it is worth it. From the time you get off your airplane to the time you get back on your airplane, you really don’t have to think about anything.
And isn’t that what a vacation is for??
A big thanks to the Trumpeting Media team: Suzanne, Divina, Esti and Nancy for an amazing event!
